Bossy Beulah's Chicken Shack, the inaugural quick-service restaurant (QSR) concept by Noble Food & Pursuits, has rapidly expanded to over seven locations, earning acclaim as some of the best fried chicken in Charlotte. The brand pays homage to the owner's Aunt Beulah, known for her sassy personality and exceptional fried chicken. The Plaid Penguin was tasked with creating a brand that exudes boldness and fun, reflecting Aunt Beulah's spirit and the high-quality, simply prepared chicken offerings.

Noble Food & Pursuits sought to introduce their first QSR concept, focusing on addictive Southern fried chicken made from high-quality, all-natural, Carolina-raised birds.
